Chris Monroe is the Owner/Manager of Special Investigations Group, as well as a lead licensed Investigator. He spent 10 years working in Public Safety promoting to Command Staff, and as a member of a Multi Agency Task Force. Throughout his 24-year career in both the public and private sectors, Chris has accumulated thousands of hours of education and experience and has successfully worked on and led full investigations for multiple local, state and federal cases. Prior to founding Special Investigations Group in 2011, he accepted a partnership as a Vice President/Chief Operations Officer for a large Security and Investigations firm in Austin, TX. While there, he supervised and ran day to day operations for criminal and civil investigations, armed security, nation-wide prisoner transport, fugitive apprehension, covert surveillance, VIP bodyguard and the Special Response Team. He has helped many satisfied clients through the investigative process from start to finish.
Stuart Gary is a Lead licensed Investigator for Special Investigations Group. He has a twenty six year career in County and Federal Law Enforcement to include U.S. Border Patrol/INS/Department of Homeland Security/I.C.E., with significant experience in investigative tools, techniques, and procedure. He enforced state laws as a Deputy Sheriff and Federal laws as a Federal Agent. He has worked at a variety of levels from field-level positions through Senior Supervisory levels. He has extensive knowledge of both federal and state criminal law and has extensive experience in homicide and forensics investigations, with coroners and evidence retrieval, and in high speed pursuit/counter measures. Stuart specializes in interrogations, debriefs, tracking and sign cutting for the Office of Internal Audit (administrative internal affairs) as well as intelligence gatherings, dissemination, and distribution. Stuart holds advanced education and training in law enforcement practices.
Carl Rackley is a Lead licensed investigator for Special Investigations Group. He worked in several areas of investigations over his 26 years in state law enforcement. His experience includes work as a Criminal Investigator, SWAT team member, K9 Handler, Narcotics investigator, Supervisor over the Criminal Investigations Division and Command Staff member. He has worked with many federal agencies on surveillance, investigations, search warrants and arrests of federal level offenders. He holds a Master Level Peace Officer Certificate and is a Certified Instructor. Additionally, he has experience as an Emergency Management Coordinator. He has over 2,400 hours of law enforcement training and is a Certified Crisis Intervention Trainer. His experience in interviews and interrogations has resulted in many confessions and recoveries.
